One-on-One Coaching with Mike.

Interactive consultative workshops.

When you work with me, we will develop a personalized leadership development plan together as a team. This includes creating a process that moves you away from learned skills and processes that may not be working into skills and processes that will demonstrate measurable progress not only to you, but to your team as well.

We will work one-on-one to improve your leadership skills. This starts with a meeting to identify your specific goals, what you need to do personally to achieve those goals, and what goals others people within the organization may expect you to reach.

From there, we identify your leadership needs, opportunities, improvements, and strengths. We take a look at what’s working well and create processes built around that. We’ll make a list of daily goals based on what’s working, while striving to mitigate and avoid anything that isn’t effective.

Let's Work Together

My approach to leadership coaching.

Focus areas.

  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Field assignments
  • Meetings with coworkers and subordinates to gather feedback

I’m proud to say I’m not your average consultant. I’m more like your partner who’s just as invested in the success of your business as you are. We’ll get to know each other, dive deep into any of your perceived leadership obstacles as well as some of those you may not see. Then, we’ll create an awesome action plan. And the support doesn’t end once the program is over. I’ll make sure those success metrics are exactly where you need them to be.

“While working with Mike, I learned specific tools I can employ to tackle any problem. I immediately applied one of these tools which ended up saving me frustration and countless wasted hours while solving a challenge that  was holding up my strategic planning for an approaching fiscal year.”
