Stop making wish-lists of when’s and if-only’s…those actions and thought tighten the doom loop that asphyxiates you.
We get stuck in a self-imposed reflection of wondering what to do; and when we do something that moves us closer to defined goals we feel better. We know this…and every time we accomplish small tasks to get done – they build upon each other.
So when you are faced with the inevitable freeze that comes from thinking and the wonderful mind you possess; STOP and focus on what you can do right now.
