Mike was integral to my team’s development journey while at Roswell Park. He began by developing relationships, building trust, and getting to know individuals and what motivates and frustrates them. He was a trusted partner and an excellent facilitator. He stimulated people’s creativity and was skilled at translating our brainstorms into actionable next steps. Through several workshops over many months, our work correlated to improved employee engagement. I also credit Mike with making me a better leader through his honest but helpful advice and the creative tools he used to coach me through many challenging situations.
