TRUST – The ability to rely upon others to be truthful and do as they say and follow established rules, procedures, customs, and practices. (Jacques 1998)

To increase trust, you need to accomplish the goals you set out to complete, be accountable for mistakes and failures, and understand your capacity. Understand your values & commitment and align that with the organizational and task procedures. Plus, learn and work to increase and sharpen your skills.
This is accomplished through the ability to choose to trust you…NOT forced to trust you.

Once I am forced (as in a trust fall) into a trust situation, the choice is removed, and one of two behaviors surfaces

a. Get Revenge

b. act like a victim.

Then I blame the person I had to catch for removing my choice —> making me distrust and hate that person more.
