Here is a team building orientation program created for ~100 incoming MBA students.
Corporate Team Building & Leadership
Working with a group of executives that are all re-starting their academic careers in pursuit of an Executive MBA is a challenge that I welcome. For the 2nd year in a row I have had the honor of facilitating a two day workshop with the Simon Graduate School of Business – University of Rochester Executive MBA program.
Team Building Leadership w/ Nazareth College
I had the pleasure of working with Creative Themes facilitating a team building and leadership program with Nazareth College in Rochester NY. The college brought all the Resident Advisors and Directors to Creative Themes Day Camp for a great day of Team Development
Keynote Speech for Professional Development
Provide the staff with skills, tools, and facilitation that will allow them to find strengths within themselves, their department, other departments and Erie Community College as an organization. When exploring these strengths, discussions and process development of existing customer (students, staff, faculty, etc…) and stakeholder (Erie county, vendors, donors, NYS, etc…) interactions will evolve and create increased staff and customer satisfaction and retention.
