‘The Five Levers of Employee Engagement’ has been peer reviewed and published in the American Society for Quality ASQ Journal for Quality and Participation – July 2013.

- Broad goals that are established within the proper context
- Objective measures of progress and regress
- The necessary resources to get the job done
- Sufficient Autonomy to do their best work
