I had the absolute honor of facilitating Lumsden & McCormick, llp– one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in Western New York.

Our time together the CPA’s were facilitated to develop a common language and process to innovate & problem-solve. Creating an understanding and ways to capitalize on individual approaches to group processes and develop high performance results.

The team building program focused on individual team membership developing an understanding of their default modes of team membership and the modes of team membership from other team members.

Having an understanding of the various default team membership modes and facilitating team members to reflect upon their behaviors and adjust according to the teams they are asked to be on.

At the conclusion of our time the team created action plans to;

    • increase project completion time
    • increase satisfaction in work
    • decrease conflict due to misunderstandings
