• Current Method | Better Way Matrix. Thinking about your work, the goals you want to achieve, fill in the boxes. Thinking about you & how you complete your work… Meaning this is not about the work it is about you doing the work.

Option 3

Identify 3 to 5 people that you interact with often, these may co-workers – peers – supervisors – key community partners – etc … ask each person these three questions. you may have to edit and change it to sound like you

• When you need to better understand a complex challenge what do you do?
• How do you manage to ensure that you are making progress on this challenge?
• Can you share with me some tips or ways you have learned to deal with work that is a little bit outside your comfort zone?
