- Current Method | Better Way Matrix. Thinking about your work, the goals you want to achieve, fill in the boxes. Thinking about you & how you complete your work… Meaning this is not about the work it is about you doing the work.

- Distinctive :: Working Well :: 100 days better. Thinking about your work, the goals you want to achieve, complete the 3 columns. Distinctive :: Working Well :: 100 days better thinking about you & how you complete your work… Meaning this is not about the work it is about you doing the work.
Option 3
Identify 3 to 5 people that you interact with often, these may co-workers – peers – supervisors – key community partners – etc … ask each person these three questions. you may have to edit and change it to sound like you
