For the 3rd year in a row I had the pleasure of facilitating Biel’s Document Management Strategic Plan.

It’s these solutions that help our customers enhance their efficiency and productivity. We provide software that streamlines business processes, hardware for in-house document scanning, and any solution in between.

Strategic Planning Objectives:

  • Develop strategic plan for 2014+
  • Gather ideas from key staff
  • Refine ideas into actions steps and metrics
  • Develop, update and refine plan through 2014
