What you see is the outline for a 5 month Emerging Leadership Program that I am creating and facilitating for about 30 students enrolled in a Local College. This challenge was unique, the Deans I am meeting with wanted “Something different than the typical Leadership program.”
How do you describe the absence of a problem?
On the surface it sounds obvious, the absence of the problem is described by me telling you that the problem is no longer present.
But knowing that you have been successful at getting rid of something is difficult, the absence of something is hard to know.
