Facilitated a train-the-trainer team building and leadership development program with Stevens Institute of Technology orientation leaders.

Objective of the Team Building & Leadership Development:

Providing all team members with skills, tools, and facilitation that will allow them to find strengths within themselves, their fellow orientation leaders; and to develop skills in facilitation for the Incoming Student Orientation.
