For the 4th year in a row, I had the pleasure of facilitating Biel’s Document Management Strategic Plan.

 

Biel’s is the imaging leader and first choice for Paperless Office Solutions. We provide innovative document management solutions using digital and microfilm technology. It’s these solutions that help our customers enhance their efficiency and productivity. We provide software that streamlines business processes, hardware for in-house document scanning, and any solution in between.

Strategic Planning Objectives:

  • Develop strategic plan for 2015+
  • Implement voice of customer feedback to improve focus
  • Gather ideas from key staff
  • Refine ideas into actions steps and metrics  to decrease noise
  • Develop, update and refine plan through 2015
