Outcomes & Objectives:
– To break “stuckness” in thinking
Create breakthrough ideas rapidly;
– Generating new ideas and improving existing ones;
– Framing ‘what success will look like’ for the day;
– Framing ‘what did we do that was useful & how can we apply these ideas’ at the conclusion of an innovation process.
The Thinking Differently – Enabling Innovation workshop was an excellent combination of information presentation and a set of exercises that helped make the presentation content come alive. It was a very good use of my time.
At the end of day 3 we were all losing patience and we felt it was hopeless…so I tried the following version of the Miracle Question.

This video is a great, showing how our unconscious mind is in more control than we think.
We all have an uncanny inflated sense of our own abilities, and tend to think that those who are not like us, think like us, act like us, drive like us, work like us, etc… are clearly wrong and irrational.
