I had the honor and pleasure of facilitating the University at Buffalo School of Social Work 5 year strategic planning session.

The image below are from out all staff and faculty kick-off. We are planning on having the 5 Year Strategic Plan done in about 8 to 10 months.

The outcomes from our Strategic Planning Time:
  • Develop thematic goals for the next 5 years
  • Team building with the staff and faculty
  • Create a shared history of successes and what got us to where we are
  • Co-create a shared future and action steps to achieve future goals
