I looked outside the organization and met with Michael after he was recommended by a friend of the firm.
From there, it became apparent that he was eminently qualified to provide this development experience – and he brought an energy to both the development AND the delivery of the training that I would not have expected when I first went looking for a trainer!

Complex simulation illustrating communication by people listening and sharing information in a manner that other people can understand the message being received as well as sent.
Creates environment to transfer, strengthen and re-work systems of communication with intra as well as inter departmental systems.
Can also be used to highlight different idioms and references that are used internally, this can be confusing to other departments and cultures (for global organizations and teams).

Because I wield power over others, I am at great risk of acting like an insensitive jerk — and not realizing it.
Bad is stronger than good. It is more important to eliminate the negative than to accentuate the positive.
