When many systems are created they have steps that are purposely duplicative. As the system matures the duplicative steps will become a waste or drain on the work.
Perhaps different or better results may come by reversing the actions normally associated with your efforts.
I facilitated a workshop on customer service and team building. We used a series of Solution-Focused questions and internal subject matter expert discussions to build upon what’s working and stimulate more solution finding.
It can be overwhelming to create a frame around a challenge. Forcing other people & yourself to share a narrative story using fixed resources, can break the stuckness & fear of the unknown.
