Imagine the solution being performed, at the micro level, by many Smart Little People.
How might you separate the system (that contains the problem you want to solve) in time to allow it to be one way at one time and a different way at another time?
The most common basis of resistance to change is the fear that with your new learning will come a new position that will be lower in the status hierarchy or less powerful than the position you now hold.
Changing perspectives and finding times when the solution has happened or might happen or can happen. Will point to the solution itself, making the problem irrelevant.
My arrogance & continuous belief that we can find, learn & develop a path to make things better AND find acceptance that you are successful in doing what you are doing. Focusing on flaws allows those flaws to take control, losing what makes you great. Building your flaws makes you mediocre & the flaws bigger.
The hope is that when you can focus on the exceptions what is happening when the problem is absent you will identify and strengthen the solution – what you want to have happen.
In moments of confusion and stress, with work and family, having a system to follow is useful.
Achievement and recognition are the strongest motivators of people completing great work and continually improving their work.
Once Workable Goals are established by the person who desires the change can trust teamwork and progress happen.
