I gave a workshop to the Buffalo Niagara Partnership BN360 group on Creating change in a leadership role. Above is the recording of the workshop, and below are the slides.

It is often up to leaders to make and increase useful change. While many models portray change as resistant, hard, and require leaders to be more directive than desired, this does not have to be the case.

Constructing daily habits to understand what needs to be done and how to achieve it with those around you will improve your ability to make change. From finding areas of cooperation to involving others in the conversations, leaders can develop various steps to succeed.
