The Thinking Differently – Enabling Innovation workshop was an excellent combination of information presentation and a set of exercises that helped make the presentation content come alive. It was a very good use of my time.
The guidelines align with team building & executive coaching activities. Illustrating through activities a team and person develop exceptions and see ‘what works’ in a context they’re not used too and is still familiar because they just made it happen.
Once a system is kicked in a right direction and with a sufficient push, the deviation-amplifying mutual positive feedbacks take over the process, and the resulting development will be disproportionally large compared with the initial kick.
Originally this was written for a workshop called ‘Long Term Implementation of Lean Six Sigma within Organizations’ … and with some changes the content is applicable and valuable to anyone who manages, works on, and puts work teams together.
An interactive workshop focused on developing internal communication processes with lines of accountability and authority for communication, collaboration and getting work done.
