7 Steps to High Performance Teams.
It’s the first team-building exercise in which I’ve been involved that I actually enjoyed the activities and saw a purpose behind them.
This program provided me with a new perspective on leadership and communication. The facilitators really challenged us to think creatively, to work together to solve complicated problems using new methods, and most importantly, to reflect on how to positively change our tactics individually in order to become more effective leaders and communicators.
I am very proud to have facilitated the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business Executive MBA Program. The team building and leadership development for the executive MBA students took place at the Woodcliff Hotel outside of Rochester NY.
After working with the University of Rochester NY, Simon Graduate School of Business Executive MBA program, I had the absolute joy of working with the Professional MBA Program.
