From our discussion I’m not sure what you need to do. I do know that team or leadership development is not what’s needed at this point. I have questions. From our discussion we may be better able to determine a progress step that may help.
Sometimes the useful result is between the two extremes of doing all or nothing.
Designed roundness maximizes knowledge of what’s-working to increase & what’s-not-working to decrease.
Growth takes pain, discomfort and hopefully learning from a new set of problems.
Failure occurs. Challenges appear un-navigable. Comfort is minimal. Learning happens when psychological safety + accountability are high.
These 6 questions can be cascaded through the organization. Creating a shared language that is known and expected from everyone in the department.
