The Ideal Solution Statement. When working to solve specific problems psychological constipation can be turned to a flow state with the Ideal Solution Statement. The best solutions are the most ideal. The ideal solutions are the ones that are able to solve themselves for free, using all the existing resources.
Using a mixture of TRIZ, creative problem solving and brain based leadership models, the participants find solutions to existing organizational situations. The workshop is highly interactive and learner centered.

Today is the day I blocked out to brain-storm and chalk work (I have a chalk-board in my office) the content for this project. Then about 25 minutes into starring blankly at my chalk-board and checking facebook & twitter (like some unseen inspiration is going appear) I know what I need to do.

The objectives of this meeting were;
To unveil the newly re-worked Mission : Vision : Values to the staff.
For the operations team to explain the process and necessary support needed from the staff for a successful implementation of the Mission : Vision : Values.
All team members to discuss and determine action steps for the future development of CCCS.
To have fun, and learn from each other.
When exploring new ideas it is important to;
Have a process that is known
Start with positives + pluses to allow the idea a chance of survival.

Knowledge of where ideas generate
How to apply creative ideas to innovative solutions
Knowledge of how ideas evolve
Which ideas to nurture and which to cull
