Another Reason that Trust Falls Make Me Hate Your More!

Once I am forced (as in a trust fall) into a trust situation choice is removed and one of two behaviors surface a. Get Revenge b. act like a victim. Then I blame the person who I had to catch for removing my choice —> making me dis-trust and hate that person more.

Have you ever been a member of a team before? Perhaps it was a work team or a sports team or even Scouts or the military. Was the team performing optimally? Was it a smooth running team? Or, maybe the team you were part of was totally dysfunctional.

I realized today that sometimes I get wrapped up in trying to prove that team building activities are more than fun. While arguing the learning, the fun can be removed from the initiative. It is alright to have fun!

It is acceptable and effective to have fun at work and training.
